Information you provide
When you request a pilot, we collect your name, email address, business or organization, optional website or Instagram, intended placement and the outcome you would like from Tap.
Site activity
We record a small set of first-party conversion events, such as opening the live demo, starting or completing the pilot form and changing a use-case demonstration. These events may include the page path and campaign parameters. We do not use these events to build an advertising profile, and this implementation does not set tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
Inquiry information is used to understand the request, respond personally and evaluate a possible pilot. Site activity helps us understand whether the website is useful and where the inquiry flow needs improvement.
Providers and storage
Vercel hosts this website. Supabase stores pilot inquiries and first-party conversion events. An IP address is transformed into a one-way keyed hash for basic abuse prevention; the raw address is not stored in the inquiry table.
Retention and your rights
We retain inquiries and related operational records only while they remain useful for responding, running a pilot or meeting legitimate business and legal needs. You may ask to access, correct or delete your inquiry by emailing yassine@inkpersona.ca.
